Chardonnay

Originated in Bourgon, this popular varietal can be found in almost any wine producing country. Our Chardonnay is the latest addition to our wine selection and it is an authentic representation of a Galilee Chardonnay. With a soft touch of oak, the wine has gentle buttery flavors.

Vineyard:

The vineyard is located in Kerem Ben Zimra on a 1 acre plot of basalt soil.

Harvest:

The grapes were harvested in the early morning in a manual selective harvest. They were left in cooling for the night.

Production Process:

The clusters were pressed and contained in barrels without filtering process and non-yeast fermentation.

Maturation:

The wine ages in a 330 liter French oak barrel for 12 months
