Gewurztraminer

The Gewurztraminer grape comes from South Tirol region of Northern Italy. It has high levels of sugar which usually produces half dry wines. The decision to produce white wines came after many years of speciating in red wine production. Yitzhak, the winemaker, again created the Gewurztraminer in a unique process that resulted in Dry wine with hints of sweetness.
