The Nebbiolo comes from Piemonte region in Italy. It is one of the grapes used to produce the famous wines of this region: Barbaresko and Barolo. Yitzhak’s old love for these wines pushed him to try this grape in a new and creative method. The Nebbiolo was created in a playful trial working with Toledo winemaker, which resulted in a floral, refreshing and interesting Rose wine.
